I am a Queer-identified therapist with over 20 years of experience working with diverse LGBTQ+ identified individuals. I am a seasoned clinician and administrator, and I am happiest when I can utilize both aspects of my training. My background is in LGBTQ+ community mental health, where I have served as a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and Outpatient Clinic Director.

My style is warm, active, and authentic. I welcome laughter and questions in therapy. Having worked in LGBTQ social services and public health for over 20 years, I am sensitive to the stressors and challenges that come with living outside of hetero/ cisgender norms. I also work to recognize racist, sexist, classist assumptions of mental health that undermine wellness.
I am a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) practitioner and have found this therapy empowering and helpful to clients experiencing symptoms of trauma & anxiety. I also incorporate the following approaches in my work:
